Within the more than 1 year working in CPT, I like the warm and harmonious atmosphere of this company the most. Departments cooperate with each other closely and work together not just for products but for the patients’ benefits, making colleagues more motivated to work and proud of our own jobs. Also because of the cross-functional cooperation, employees can not only play well in their own position, but also have opportunities to extend the learning tentacles to different fields and expand the horizons. In addition, CPT is willing to give back to employees. Besides the enviable employee benefits, CPT also arranges various activities, such as the weight control plan, the innovation workshop, and language courses, and leadership courses, each is to make employees better, like make us getting healthy, stimulate our thinking, and empower our ability. At the same time, we can bring our family to participate in several activities, such as the Mid-Autumn Barbecue. Such a corporate culture that puts employees at heart makes CPT well-known as a happy company. Meanwhile, CPT has many CSR activities every year, such as tree planting, beach cleanup family day, etc., not only to be environmentally friendly, but also to fulfill corporate social responsibility.
I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to join such a warm family, CPT, after finishing my graduate school and military service. It has been over two years since I joined CPT. I really appreciate managers in CPT for guiding and taking care of me with patience. As a member of Sales Team, I have grown a lot from academic aspects, marketing interactions, cold calling, and experience of organizing various events. Our great teamwork lets the customers know in depth about our products. To fulfill “Patient Centric”, it’s really a pleasure to let the right patients use the best medicine in CPT. Besides, our company provides a comprehensive employee training system and lots of external training courses, which allows me to improve my professional skills and other abilities! In 2019, CPT won HR Asia Award: Best Companies to Work for. Another indicator for proving CPT a good company is that there is continuous good news of the new babies delivered from our colleagues. It is also worth mentioning that CPT offers complete physical examination yearly, annual leaves better than the Labor Law, holiday bonus, group insurance, and the most expected event of the oversea incentive trip! Moreover, CPT is always enthusiastic about charity. We run programs such as regularly beach cleanup, cycling events with CSR, tree planting and removal of exotic species, and so forth. These activities also enhance the internal cohesion of colleagues as well as contribute to the social responsibility. I hope to grow with the company in the future and do my best for the company, the patients and the society!
Since I joined CPT last year, I’ve felt very lucky and thankful for the opportunity to step into the field that I have been always interested in. CPT provides great welfare. It always encourages employees to participate in learning and development training courses, such as weekly English and Japanese courses and other external training resources. I really admire that CPT is dedicated to contributing back to the society. CPT always encourages innovation and keeps optimizing work procedures, respecting the ideas and career plans of individuals. Thus, I can strike a balance between work and family. Our company not only insists complying with regulations, but also lets employees feel the warmth. Colleagues share their daily life as close friends, and supervisors are amiable and open to discussions. My family and I believe that CPT is the best company that I’ve worked for. I hope to improve my expertise and contribute to the company.
I was so lucky to join Chugai Pharma Taiwan seven years ago. Chugai is a warm company and never disobey any regulations. Chugai not only makes effort to earning profits, but also takes care of every employee. During I work for Chugai, I got married and had two babies. I am so happy that I can handle both my work and my family. Chugai provides a friendly environment for every employee, especially for breast feeding mothers, and tries to meet everyone’s needs. There is a job rotation every two years in Financial Department. Different positons can always give me all kinds of challenge, and let me learn a lot of new knowledge. In order to get off work on time, Financial Department is devoted to process improving continuously and working efficiently. I truly appreciate for Chugai, and I treasure every day in Chugai!
Recall that I joined Chugai Pharma R&D Taiwan with only 9 employees, then the company merged to become Chugai Pharma Taiwan with 73 employees on 31st Jul, 2015, Chugai always has the spirit of caring employees. It is really lucky that I could join the big warm family! Happiness Enterprise with CSR I think it’s undoubtable that Chugai Pharma Taiwan is well represented ‘Happiness Enterprise’ since CPT provides physical examination yearly, annual leaves better than the Labor Law, 10 days paid sick leave, Holiday Bonus, and Group insurance. It is even more terrific that we have oversea incentive trip with full pay every year, domestic beach cleanup, biking with CSR, and the unprecedented prize of year-end party! The company with such great welfare and attention to CSR is really out of the way in the industry! Training In addition to the full subsidy for external training, the company also arranges internal courses. We have not only comprehensive new hire orientation and continuous product training but common courses such as hard skill (MS office), soft skill (7 habits, 5 choices etc.) to keep enhancing competencies. Besides, CPT offers English/Japanese classes at our office every week and much more leadership and management training programs for Manager Levels. Take this opportunity, I would like to show my appreciation for everything I’ve got from Chugai. In the future, I will constantly enrich my capability and do my best in Chugai.
In daily market operations, people usually ask me, "How is your company?" And my usual answer is "Our company has a harmonious work atmosphere and the employees are close to each other." When choosing a job, everyone inevitably evaluates products and employee benefits. However, employees who join Chugai Pharma Taiwan don’t need to worry too much because the corporate mission is "Patient Centric." When a company puts the patient in the first priority, then the quality of drugs are definitely not a problem. Therefore, whenever someone asks me about Chugai Pharma Taiwan, I will generously share that we have a good relationship and team cohesiveness. What impressed me was that our company arranged a training course at the Fullon Hotel Tamsui Fishermen's Wharf a few years ago. The teacher said, “I have served as a lecturer for so many manufacturers, including technology industry and pharmaceutical industry. No matter which company it is, it has never been as friendly as your company. Although colleagues in company are in competitive relationship, you are willing to help each other pass the test.” I thought the teacher’s main idea is "Brothers climb the mountain, they work hard themselves. Whoever reaches the summit of mountain first, he will win.” Most companies hold this concept inside. However, in CPT, if we can help our colleagues on the way, then we could enjoy the beautiful scenery together. It is better than we achieve alone. Finally, it is worth mentioning that our company is willing to give young people opportunities to grow and thrive, and also give senior employees room for growth and progress. The old and new generations support each other and pass on experience so that we can continue to use better medicines to help patients in need.
